Pull the numbers the listing actually uses
Open the size chart on the product page. Note units. Capture waist, rise, inseam and leg opening when they appear. If only a waist letter is shown, mark the rest unknown in your item record rather than guessing from a photo.
Wash and distress are part of the fit check
Paint splatter, heavy distress and embroidery change how the fabric sits and how QC photos look. Match the wash and any graphic to the exact option you will order — a light-wash album does not prove a darker pair.
Compare with trousers and boots together
A wide or straight jean changes how much boot shaft shows. If you already shortlisted lace-ups or soft boots, check the leg opening against that shaft before locking an inseam.
Where to browse next
Use the Jeans category shortlist or filter Trousers on the spreadsheet. For outer layers that sit over denim, open the jacket comparison guide. Keep one item record per pair so later QC stays attached to the same find.

Common questions
Can I size jeans from the sheet alone?
No. The sheet stores links and notes. Charts and current stock live on the destination listing.
Slim / regular / wide — are those reliable?
Only as seller labels. Measure rise and leg opening against a pair you own.
Where is the full denim shortlist?
Categories → Jeans, or filter Trousers on the spreadsheet and search “jean”.
